Our parents live just next to Natolin Park. Building was built in 1993 as a part of high standard, cameral, 4-floor blocks on a quiet, secured compound. It is skillfully designed – no one can see through your window or peep what’s on your balcony.

QUIET AND PRIVATE

Most of apartment’s windows face Natolin Park. The balcony interior is totally invisible for neighbours and is embraced by green birch-tree. The tree hosts many small birds singing in the morning. Early coffe after waking up is truly pleasant experience.

Neighbors are well mannerd and quiet people. Community takes care of building and its surrounding. Staircase was fully renovated and recently it was equipped with photocell lighting.

Timber stairs head to the 2^nd floor. There are bedroom, hall, bathroom and laundry room.

15 square-meters attic bedroom has windows to the north and east. There is a large built-in wardrobe with a mirror and fitted carpet on the floor.

Hall with slants is open to the 1^st floor from two sides. There is a timber floor and another large built-in wardrobe exclusively designed to fit the slants. Roof has been renovated and provides excellent thermo-isolation. There is also bathroom with washbasin, shower cabin and toilet and separate laundry room on this floor.

If you still need some more space, there is also 10 square-meters basement with a window and space in buggy-room. It is possible to rent or buy parking space in the garage next to the compound.

WELL LOCATED

The compound is located exceptionally well. On the Natolin Park border, surrounded with silence and trees on the one hand, just next to Rosola street connecting Kabaty and Natolin with the rest of the city on the other. It is only 8-minute walk to the Natolin metro station and bus stop is just next to compound entrance. On our way to the metro station we pass Carrefour Express store, pharmacies, banks, Rossmann’s, Balkan restaurant and even small mall – Galeria Ursynów. There is also compound shop when you can get most important every-day articles. In the neighbourhood you can find 2 schools, nursery-schools and clinic. Full infrastructure!

The compound borders with green, cobbled  Nowoursynowska street. It heads to the Natolin Park and is perfect place for evening walk with a dog or jogging.

SAFE

It is so safe in here that we all leave our bikes unlocked in the staircase. Compound is closed, monitored and protected. We have recently installed new intercom system. Cars are parked just at the building, on the compound street, but it is also possible to get a parking space in the garage nearby.

Apartment was designed and arranged in a truly elegant and functional way. Interior was planned by parents, who have been taking care of its quality and look. Every room is lightened with many light sources easy to adjust according to a day / night time or a mood. White, solid interior doors are highest quality and stylish. Wall colours nicely match apartment style.
